Welcome to Jay Bird Yoga, I am so glad you are here!

I have been teaching yin yoga since 2022 and yoga flow since 2025, inspired by how deeply these practices have transformed my own life. I believe in yoga’s power to bring balance to body, mind, and spirit—and I’m grateful for the chance to share that with others.
